CLASS /WORKSHOP DESCRIPTIONS

With LUV Your Spirit, you can get more than just a 30- or 45-minute meditation session. You get what we call AMPED MEDIATION. It’s our unique combination of five (5) different mental and spiritually healing exercises to skyrocket your results in less time than in meditation alone. AMPED Meditation workshops include instruction in visualization meditation, audio entrainment, energy healing, vision boarding, and gratitude practices. LUV Meditation AMPED (45 mins., 6 classes, 6 weeks, Age 18+) – This is our signature workshop, highly recommended for groups and those new to the art form. An all-encompassing meditation experience, this class takes you through the fascinating science behind the practice, as well as how to use visualization meditation to relieve stress, be in the present, and tap into your deepest self to get closer to the best version of you. Over the six weeks, practitioners will be instructed how to use the five areas of AMPED in their daily lives, eventually bringing about new clarity and emotional balance. A guided visualization meditation will conclude each class. Those who desire to continue their guided meditation practice after the six weeks will move onto either the Simply LUV or Simply 30 LUV weekly class. COMING SOON

30 LUV Meditation AMPED (30 mins., 6 classes, 6 weeks, Age 18+) – Our signature workshop condensed to six 30-minute classes is ideal for those who have less than an hour for lunch. Get AMPED then take on the rest of day feeling refreshed and balanced. Those who desire to continue their guided meditation practice after the six weeks will move onto either the Simply LUV or Simply 30 LUV weekly class. COMING SOON

LUV Kids & Teens AMPED (30 mins., 6 classes, 6 weeks, Ages 7-18) – According to a National Therapies Research Unit study at the Royal Hospital for Women in Sydney Australia, children who meditate show significant improvement in managing ADHD symptoms, increased self-esteem, and improved parental relationships. These fun visualization meditation techniques, gratitude and vision board making practices will help promote focus and emotional balance, resulting in greater resilience and increased academic performance and creativity. Those who desire to continue their guided meditation practice after the six weeks will move onto either the Simply LUV Kids & Teens or Simply 30 LUV Kids & Teens weekly class. COMING SOON

LUV AMPED Vision Boarding (45 mins., All Ages) – The more of your senses that are involved in visualization meditation, the more powerful your energetic frequency. You bring about what you think about so why not keep your dreams right before your eyes! In this one-time class, you’ll learn why you should make one, why they work, and most importantly, how to make one. It’s not simply putting pictures on a poster board. In addition, you’ll get tips for digitizing your board so you can take it with you anywhere. Supply list will be provided upon registration. COMING SOON

LUV Attitude of Gratitude (45 mins., All Ages) – Countless studies have shown that openly expressing gratitude for your past, present and future circumstances greatly improves your quality of life. Want lower stress levels, increased self-esteem, deeper relationships, improved decision-making, and fewer illnesses? This informative one-time class will briefly touch on a few of these remarkable studies. Then, we’ll examine the multiple ways you can start your own unique gratitude practice and how to remove the barriers that may hinder your positive results. LUV With All Your Heart (45 mins., All Ages) - The heart is the most powerful source of electromagnetic energy in the human body. At 60 times greater amplitude than brain activity and producing more than 100 times greater strength magnetic field generated by the brain, your heart truly is a powerful “thinking” organ. Its field can be detected up to 3 feet away from the body in every direction. In this one-time class, we’ll take a look at some of the fascinating information about the heart as your second “brain” and how to use it to release stress, deepen relationships, and raise your energy vibration for emotional healing and happiness. Each class starts with a 10-minute gratitude exercise to make your 45-minute meditation experience to follow more effective. Whether once per week or once a month, use visualization meditation to relieve stress, be in the present, and tap into your deepest self to get closer to the best version of you. Simply 30 LUV Meditation (30 mins. weekly, Age 18+) - Our no-frills, 55-minute, guided visualization meditation class condensed to 30 minutes. Each class starts with a 10-minute gratitude exercise to make your 20-minute meditation experience to follow more effective. Ideal for those who have less than an hour for lunch. Get centered then take on the rest of day feeling refreshed and balanced. COMING SOON

Simply LUV Meditation Kids & Teens (55 mins. weekly, Ages 7-18) – This is our class for the younger fans of meditation. Like the adult class, it’s for those who want a no-frills guided visualization meditation experience. Each class starts with a 10-minute gratitude exercise followed by a special 45-minute meditation just for kids and teens. Whether once per week or once a month, use visualization meditation to feel calm, for better academic and creative performance, and feel confident. Simply 30 LUV Meditation Kids & Teens (30 mins. weekly, Ages 7- 18) - Our kids and teens no-frills, 55-minute, guided visualization meditation class condensed to 30 minutes. · LUV Maharishi Sessions– Does your group have a special intention that could use the tremendous power of prayer? Named after the famed experiment in which the crime rate of a city decreased after collective meditation of one percent of its residents, gather your masses for a guided visualization meditation and targeted gratitude exercises. In between sessions, individuals in your group will continue to meditate daily on your group intention. One session is effective but multiple sessions can be incredibly powerful. Those who desire to continue their guided meditation for the special intention after the six weeks may purchase another six-consecutive-weeks session or single sessions. COMING SOON
